Matt's Interesting Fact Expanded

One of the first things that people want to know about me when they meet me is how I can be 30 years old yet have a 4 year old grand-daughter. It is simple really. My wife has 13 years on me. When we got married (9 years ago on the 4th) my wife already had 2 girls. I was 21 years old and she was 34, and the thought of a relationship with me scared the hell out of her. I proceeded to chase her though because once I decide I want something I can be incredibly persistent. I even told her that I was going to marry her 2 days after I met her. Anyway, I married into two teenage stepdaughters. The youngest one is now 21 years old and is actually in basic training in South Carolina. The oldest one is married to a tanker in the Army who is actually about 6 months older than I am. They have a little girl, Kyrsten, who is 4 years old and is my grand-daughter. Pretty cool, huh.
No, I don't have any kids of my own, but I have a great relationship with my younger step-daughter and a cordial one with the older.
