Plot | Brad Barton
Henry is a trapper in the wild frontier of America and has been on a long hunt. While pursuing a wounded badger through the woods Henry finds a cave. He feels an odd feeling and thinks he hears a faint moaning from the mouth of the cave. Because of the feelings of fear, he decides not to go into the cave. Henry tries to forget about the cave, but he can’t stop thinking about how the sight of the cave made him feel.
One morning he wakes to the sounds of a Native snooping through his stuff. In the attitude of protecting his only belongings Henry made yelling threats to the young native and began chasing him. Henry only chased the thief for a few moments when he found that the thief had lead him to the cave. The Native rushed in like it would protect him. Henry once again felt an indescribable fear and stepped back from the cave. After much reflection, however, he decided that he would only take a few steps in just to look for a moment…
