My story is about the "witch" that lives on 31st and Biddle in Wisconsin. A girl, Chrystin, who decides to find out who the woman is and why she does the same things every day. She and her friend "Knots" follow the woman all day and watch her tear up every rose she sees, shoot flies from the air with rubber bands and kick mail carriers in the shin. Then they draw their conclusions!
