Plot | Jeni Cannon
Three girls were on their way to a concert in the big city. They had been waiting for this concert all week. Finally they would be able to get away from the homework and crappy food associated with college life. In two hours, they would be dancing and singing as their favorite band performed. To make things interesting, they had raided the local Good-Will and bought crazy outfits for a total of $2.97 each. The only problem was they would be taking a bus to the concert because none of them had a car. This meant they had to wear their outlandish outfits on the bus. Some people who ride the bus tend to be shady characters. But they weren't worried... after all, they were going to a rock concert. People at rock concerts are often drunk or high. Besides, one of the three girls carried mace in her purse.
Two hours later, they found themselves stepping off the bus, into the noisy and crowded streets of the big city. None of the girls had been to the music venue before, but one of the girls felt extremely confident and claimed she knew the streets by heart. The other two were ridiculously trusting. Maybe only because she was their roommate, and they didn't know the city. As long as one of them claimed she knew where she was going, the other two would follow blindly.
